Hi Alexander. The recipe is on Enfleurage facebook somewhere. It was on discussion but apparently that's gone. I can't search it because I don't have a "real" facebook page, just the Enfleurage one. Secret Salalah also has it. It's not the recipe I used, but it's tasty and simple.

Flashback to the middle of Haffa Souq during a mini holiday to Salalah and there she is, the friendly lady who is selling luban ice cream to an Omani man from Sohar and his American wife from Arkansas...
